The Libraries have the Major Studies and Issue Briefs of the Congressional Research Service, 1916-2007, on microfilm at: Gov Doc Microfilm JK 1108 M35. Many of these publications have their own records in the Libraries' database, and there are several subject guides in book format in the government documents area.

Congressional Quarterly, Inc.

Congressional Quarterly, Inc., CQ Press, and Sage Publishing are non-government entities that produce secondary sources that report on the activities of the U.S. Congress, many identified by "CQ" or "Congressional Quarterly" in the title.  The Libraries has access to the weekly CQ Magazine (and its earlier titles) and holds earlier volumes in print, Per JK 1 C15.  An online open access index to the annual CQ Almanac is available, and many volumes of that publication are available in print, Ref JK1 .C66.  The Almanac is condensed into Congress and the Nation, also available in print v.1(2001/2004)-v. 14(2013/2016) Reference and Over * KF49 .C65.
