The Indian Arts and Crafts Act (IACA) is a truth-in-advertising law that provides criminal and civil penalties for marketing products misrepresented as American Indian and Alaska Native-made.
This law is enforced by the Indian Arts and Crafts Board (IACB) with investigative assistance from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
