Dutchess County HELPLINE

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis, the Dutchess County HELPLINE is a free resource available 24 hours a day,7 days a week, 365 days a year.  Can't talk on the phone?  Texting is available too.

Dutchess County Stabilization Center

The Stabilization Center offers access to in-person, walk-in mental health services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  No referral or appointment is needed to be seen and evaluated.

They can offer assistance if you or someone you know are experiencing any of the following:

  • Emotional distress
  • Addiction or Intoxication
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Family Issues
  • Referrals
