Effect of Art Therapy on Adolescents 

This article provides a thorough introduction to how teens and young adults benefit from art therapy. It provides the perspective of Indian art therapists. The article contains a literature review which summarizes the research consensus on the benefits of art therapy in adolescents. Many references are provided for further exploration. This paper will be helpful for those starting their research on art therapy or the relationship between art and mental health. 

Effectiveness of mindfulness-based art therapy for symptoms of anxiety, depression, and fatigue: a systematic review and meta analysis 

The researchers in this paper reviewed studies that evaluated mindfulness-based art therapy (MBAT) in adults. Research participants saw improvements in their health symptoms as a response to MBAT. The researchers conclude that more studies with larger sample sizes are needed. This article is helpful because it explains the researchers' method and strategies, and evaluates past studies on the topic.
