Internet Movie Database         

Internet Movie Database is the world's most popular authoritative source for movies and tv. You can see synopsis for anime along with production information such as directors and voice actors. You can see community ratings for anime. You can also see editorial lists and user polls such as the best action anime to explore what's out there.  Search for anime versions of your favorite manga by entering in the title. You can narrow down results in advanced search by selecting tv series in title type and animation in genre in advanced search. 

Viz.Com and No Flying No Tights

Viz.com and No Flying No Tights can be used to find anime as well. You can use the same search functions you would for manga and you will get recommendations based on our searches in Viz. You can look at anime reviews and narrow down your results by age range and genre.

Hoopla is a digital streaming service that partners with libraries to offer free ebooks, audiobooks, tv shows and movies. If your library offers Hoopla just login with your library card credentials to gain access to free entertainment. Click on advanced search and input the title or use the keywords suggested in the search tips page in the home section.

World Cat, UHLS and other library catalogs

Looking for a physical copy of an anime. Just use World Cat, UHLS or the catalog of your local library to find anime to borrow. Once again remember to use the search tips section to find the anime you desire.
