Stress Less @ The University Libraries Guide

Study breaks are essential - make sure to take one. Let this guide provide you with some suggestions for how to use those quick breaks!

Kick-off!

Welcome to the virtual #StressLessUAlbany @ Your Libraries guide. We would like to provide this virtual study break guide in addition to the in-person programming we are slowly starting to offer again. Remember - taking a quick 10-15 break now is better than wishing you would have done it after a long study session.  

If you are able to join us in person, please see the list of events below. As always, we will be kicking off Stress Less with Therapy Dogs over at the Science Library, 4/26 from 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm. We hope to see you there!
