Stress Less @ The University Libraries Guide

Study breaks are essential - make sure to take one. Let this guide provide you with some suggestions for how to use those quick breaks!

Kick-off!

Welcome to the virtual #StressLessUAlbany @ Your Libraries guide. We would like to provide this virtual study break guide in addition to the in-person programming we are slowly starting to offer again. Remember - taking a quick 10-15 break now is better than wishing you would have done it after a long study session.

Below you will see a quick video from us along with a bunch of four-legged friends - since we could not have the therapy dogs in for a visit we thought this was the next best thing!

Be well and use this guide as much as you need! Good luck with your finals!
