□       I am aware of the University Libraries web standards and know which system
(LibGuides/Drupal/MovableType) I should use for my web page / website.

□       My guide has a friendly URL

□       My guide has a "Home" page

□       My guide includes a feedback box

□       My guide uses the guidelines suggested in the "layout", and "style" sections of this guide.

□       My guide complies with the styles and color standards of the University Libraries

□       My guide reuses content, doesn’t recreate content

□       My guide maximizes the use of dropdowns and minimizes the amount of tabs

□       I have uploaded or reused images I use in this guide to the Universities local repository

□       My guide has a good balance between images and text

□       I have verified that all links to databases (including Minerva, the library catalog) and electronic
resources that require authentication are constructed properly

□       I assigned tags to my guide by clicking on the "Assigned tags" tab located in the command
bar under GUIDE SETTINGS > Change Guide Information

□       I received feedback from my colleagues

□       I have changed the status of my guide from unpublished or private to public

□       I viewed my LibGuide in various browsers [Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, Internet Explorer 9+]

□       I have contacted the appropriate people and created promotional items to market my new web portal 

□       I have a plan of future development for this guide
