IST 605: Resources for Elementary Research Project on Animals

For students: Welcome to the world of research! This guide is intended to help you find helpful websites, books, journal articles, and more on animals! When you are completing assignments or projects, use the tabs to find your grade level and you should find a variety of resources related to animals. If you have questions, ask your friendly librarian!

For teachers: I hope you find this guide as a helpful tool and is useful to your students. This is intended to be a "one stop shop" of resources to allow students to explore a variety of research materials and decide which is best for their assignment. The tabs on the left are arranged by grade level. Students may need to log-in to some databases. I would recommend that students have some time to explore this guide before they jump right into research. I would be happy to come and teach a lesson showing students how this works and how to appropriately use the various resources!
