...use a Database, for fastest results! Go to the Library home page, then select "Databases" from the left side. Next, pick a subject area (like biology or criminal justice) to get a list of databases that are available which cover that subject. Please contact us with questions or problems!

Go to Ask Us! on the library home page, to IM your questions!  (Email is also available, but it can be slow...). You can also call us directly at reference. For the Main University Library, call 442-3553.  For the Dewey Library, call 442-3691. Please note that  you will get the fastest response if you visit, IM or call with your questions!

-You can also contact me (see box on right hand side).

Remember: We are here to help you!

To find books and journals (online & print), use our online catalog!

Select our online catalog from the middle of the library home page. Search for the title of the book or journal that you need (NOT the article title!). You can also search by title or subject keywords.

Once you get to a record for a book, journal or other material, check the record to find the availability (for books) or available issues (for online journals). Books that are on the shelf will say "Available at..." (name of the library).

-Is the print journal at the Dewey Library?? You can use Interlibrary Loan to get electronic copies of articles sent to your computer! On the library web page, select "Interlibrary Loan/UA Delivery" on the left side of the screen. Login with your NetID and Password. On the left side under "Submit your request", pick the type of material you are requesting, then fill out the needed information.

-If we don't have it, use Interlibrary Loan! On the library web page, select "Interlibrary Loan/UA Delivery" on the left side of the screen. Sign in with your NetID and password to place requests. You will be notified by email when a scanned copy of your article is available. There is no charge for this service.
